The Association of Sculptors of Victoria is an inclusive, not-for-profit collective of contemporary artists whose purpose is to inspire,stimulate and advance the appreciation, creation, and exploration of three-dimensional art in society.

Toorak Village Sculpture Exhibition: Entries by 31 January 2010: Exhibition 1-31 May 2010:
Contemporary sculpture works is exhibited in the shop windows and sidewalks of Toorak Rd each year. Both small/medium size entries for shop windows and large entries to be bolted to footpath. Prizes of $5,000 $2,000 $1,000 for the most innovative works.

Leonardo da Vinci Exhibition, Southbank: to 31 January 2010: We popped into Queensberry Square today to visit the exhibition of Leonardo‟s works. Queensberry Square is on Southbank near the foot bridge with the sculptures running along the top. It can be accessed from the Flinders Street Station underpass Elizabeth St entrance. Exhibition is entitled Anatomy to Robots. Fabulous! Thoroughly recommend that all sculptors visit this beautifully presented exhibition. The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia: Federation Square: to 7 February 2010: The 2009 Clemenger Contemporary Art Award, a triennial exhibition and award, is on display. This is the final exhibition in the series of triennials established by Joan and Peter Clemenger through a generous gift to the NGV in 1991, and conceived as an invitational event. Each participating artist was provided with an honorarium to supplement expenses associated with creating new work. Providing this support in the research and development stage enabled artists to benefit by pushing work in unforeseen directions. Ah Xian has been awarded the 2009 prize of $50,000 for his work Concrete Forest.
