A statement of donations and prizes on which the donations were spent was tabled and signed.
The financial report was presented with a cash disbursements journal.
Committee thanked Patrick for his eight years' service as Treasurer as well as his organising of MIFGS and his part in organising other ASV shows.

A vote of thanks to Mark Cowie was resolved.

An email from Jenny Rickards setting out her planned procedures was received and approved.
Newsletter
Committee discussed proposal to outsource editing of newsletter every second month. ASV will produce a basic news sheet with essential info every other month.

Geoff's analysis to be sent to Alberto asap for his response.
Problems in transfers of data and security level access were discussed.
