Greetings,

I have many failings. One of them is that to read the newsletters I print them, then sit comfortably and read them. My second failing is that I hoard and collect so the newsletters get filed away in a white folder. The other evening I was browsing through the folder. Interesting.

June and Onwards

Our June meeting will be held in the warmth and comfort of the home of Gordon Robertson who has kindly offered hospitality for the evening. At 44 Newham Grove Ormond Mel Ref. 68 E8 on Wednesday 13th June at 7.30 pm

ASV visit to Rudi Jass’ Studio

On Wednesday May 9th 15 members attended the studio of prominent sculptor Rudi Jass. The feeling that we were going to see something special was created as we entered the gated enclave he shares with two other businesses, to be greeted by some spectacular examples of Rudi’s art at the entrance of his studio, in Bayswater North.

Yarra Sculpture Space
located at 117 Vere Street, Abbotsford
The dates for the exhibition will be
17 October – 4 November 2012

Announcement of the 2012 Toorak Village Sculpture Exhibition Award Winners


The $10,000 (non acquisitive) award judged by Phillip Doggett-Williams - artist and arts educator was presented at the Opening Event last Friday night that was formally opened by Andrea Coote MLC. Two hundred+ artists, traders, sponsors, councillors, residents and special guests attended the TOK H Centre for the announcements.
